Katie was an excellent host and extremely helpful. This condo was very clean, it was great having two bedrooms two bathrooms and washer/dryer in the unit. The unit is modern and nicely updated. Really liked having the pool and the view from our unit was great with the most beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

When Katie told me that she had just finished remodeling her condo and I would be the first guest, I didn’t know what to expect, but WOW!!! Absolutely beautiful! Very contemporary with unique, creative details everywhere. And the view…gorgeous sunset with so cozy couches, going to sleep to the sound of the waves, and having my morning coffee with the whales!!There’s a beautiful beach and turtle sanctuary right there, and the shops and nightlife are just down the street. Katie was a wonderful host, with all kinds of tips on places to see- it made me wish I could extend my stay…I’ll be back in the Fall and it’s great that already know where I’m going to stay.As they say, mahalo nui loa Katie!See you soon!!

Once you enter the condo, everything was brand new and looked high end. Condo was very clean and views were great. Boogie boards and beach chair/beach towels available. The host was very responsive. King beds were comfortable. The twin bed is actually a thick mattress that opens up (with a top mattress available to add) but this still worked well for my 5 foot 4 inch pre-teen.

This condo has beach access to the longest sugary golden beach on Maui that's suitable for all water activities and watching whales (during whale season). our condo, at 100 Hauoli st , Wailuku , Maui's most convenient resort coast location, you will be staying not only on right on the beach, but just 15-20 minutes from Iao Valley State Park, abundant golf facilities, the Mill house, Maui's major airport, Costco, Target and other stores to "shop in" your "must haves", Kaanapali and Wailea, and you'll be within walking distance of the Maui Ocean Center, Maalaea Marina, the Harbor Shops, family fun center, and enjoyable restaurants. It takes us one and three quarters hours to drive to Haleakala summit from the condo, and a little over twenty minutes to the start of "the Road to Hana". You won't find better weather on the island, because Maalaea lies within the driest and sunniest microclimate in Maui, yet is kept comfortable by tradewind breezes.
